This Membership Contract ("United Couples Connecting") is entered into by and between the undersigned member ("Member") and United Couples Connecting Community. By signing below, Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.

 

1. MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:

a. Membership Type: [ ] Monthly Membership ($50 per month) [ ] Yearly Membership ($600 per year)

b. Payment Method: [ ] Monthly Subscription [ ] Annual Subscription

 

2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

a. Access to community forums, discussion groups, and private chat.

b. Monthly newsletters, relational tips, and blogs on marriage and relationship topics.

c. Priority access to webinars, workshops, and community events. Prices varies based on the nature and duration of the event.

d. Exclusive access to personalized coaching sessions with qualified coach (1-2 sessions/month).

 

3. PAYMENT DETAILS:

a. Monthly Membership: $50 will be automatically deducted from the provided payment method each month.

b. Yearly Membership: A one-time payment of $600 will be deducted upon registration, covering 12 months of membership.

 

4. TERM AND RENEWAL:

a. Monthly Membership: This Contract is valid on a month-to-month basis, automatically renewing unless canceled by the Member.

b. Yearly Membership: This Contract is valid for 12 months, automatically renewing annually unless canceled by the Member.

 

5. CANCELLATION POLICY:

a. Member may cancel the membership at any time but must inform the community representative.

b. Monthly Membership: Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid the next month's charge.

c. Yearly Membership: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current yearly term.

 

6. CODE OF CONDUCT:

a. Member agrees to adhere to the Community's Code of Conduct, promoting a positive and respectful environment within the community.

 

7. MODIFICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS:

a. The United Couples Connecting Community reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice.
